This percentage-based service provides a full visual walkthrough for your entire event. Another way to look at it is that we are your design-build contractor when building a home. Your overall budget is still in your control and there will always be ways to adjust your amounts with upgrades or scaling back as you wish. You will have a vendor day and experience tastings, etc. but ideally, with a more of a visual presentation approach that is already pre-planned and curated to easily hone in on your personal and combined styles.
This service level is for my busiest clients with a ton on their plate, or for those clients who get overwhelmed by the process and who operate best with 2 or 3 amazing options from which to choose. It helps to give my clients all the decision control, but less of the brainwork and effort it takes to design an event from the ground up. Because of our personal relationship with you and the trust you have in us, we value and LOVE the details that come along with this design service!

This level of service is a comprehensive service that will hold your hand through the wedding planning process. From the start, we’re able to offer our expertise and insight on how to make your wedding look and flow like a luxury experience for you and your guests. We can suggest design pieces that you will personally handle.
This service appeals to a client who already has booked some of his/her vendors and maybe even the venue, or has met with a florist to discuss design elements. When we pick up as your planning team, we immediately dive into you and your event so we can confidently style all of your details for cohesion and consistency. We take pride in our reputation for our custom design elements and personal touches specially curated for your wedding.
LOGISTICAL PLANNING
Fine Details
A “final details” service with a hands-off approach to vendor recommendations and in-depth timeline planning. You will gain access to an online planning portal for your personal use to keep all your proposals organized. You will be responsible for all budgeting elements of your wedding to include vendor contracting and planning meetings. This service starts at 60 days prior to your wedding when we will connect you directly to your lead Event Manager. From there, they will start wrapping up by confirming vendor selections, gathering final proposals, and putting together all necessary pieces to help execute your event from rehearsal through the entire wedding day.
This is like taking a crash course into your wedding so we can confidently oversee the details to your expectations. We will offer our recommendations on things that might have been overlooked (i.e linen sizes, flatware, tent sizing). There are elements that we can also add which will elevate your event up to a Peach and Pearl standard. There are a la carte services and/or last minute outstanding items that may be added to this event management option, as well!
EVENT MANAGEMENT

The above-listed services include rehearsal dinner/welcome dinner recommendations only. Any extensive planning of additional events may be contracted separately (i.e. by in-laws or other responsible parties). Often, my brides also plan a morning-after Farewell Brunch and would be happy to include Peach & Pearl Events planning and presence for execution for an additional flat rate.
